BioLet's see, what can I say. Hmmm, I'm a fangirl. Okay, by trade I'm a highly-paid geek. A lot of folks mistake me for an actress. Though the Entertainment industry is interesting, I'm way too much of a geek to deal with it as an actress. I'd much rather write. My dream job? To work as a screenwriter. Trust me, I could write some killer movies. ;-) In the meantime I'm content to write fanfic and occasionally spew out a few literary pieces to submit on a freelance basis. My day hustle is to become one of those hated corporate executives in the near future for a company that's been saving the backsides of people since the Cold War....
I'm a woman of a certain age. That means I look young enough to constantly get asked for ID when I order alcohol yet old enough to know the difference between dressing sexy and dressing sleazy. Young enough to know the right car to buy yet old enough not to put rims on it. The soundtrack of my life can be set to Jay-Z's "Black Album", especially the song, "Thirty's the New Twenty".

If that little countdown made you laugh and/or you could appreciate the humor, you're my kind of person. If you're offended, well, you don't have to go home but you'd probably do best to frequent another blog. I'm unashamedly conservative, unabashedly ethnic, unapologetically Christian, love this United States of America, and am a rabid supporter of the NRA, and the 1st and 2nd amendments in that exact order. If you don't like conservative writing/observations, chances are you're better off hanging in another blog. That's a polite way of saying if you're here to start trouble, I won't spare the verbal bitchslap. Still with me? Here's a scotch and lets roll on!
I'm kinda lazy about friending. Chances are if I've friended you it's that I find you interesting or there is some quirk about you that I'd like to keep on my radar. I don't get hurt feelings when people de-friend me. Life happens, interests change, we've all got hustles to keep up.
Currently I'm into Dexter, The Tudors, Nip/Tuck, and anything that has Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson or Robert Downey Jr. in it.
